PROPER USE OF SuperKneeS

In order to enjoy the maximum from your SuperKneeS please make sure that the elastic stripes are suitably tightened and positioned around the legs.
Give your legs few knee rolling minutes to get used to this novelty (going front, back, right or left).
Try not to knee walk as your body will lead you to it because it has never knee rolled before.

MINIMUM AGE NOTICE!

SuperKneeS are not recommended for children under fourteen (14) years of age without adult supervision!
As with any rolling and speeding device, such as a bicycle, roller-skates etc., there is always possibility of falling or injuring one's self.
For children of fourteen years of age and over Superknees Limited advises caution when using SuperKneeS as we can not take any responsibility for falls and injuries due to knee rolling and/or use of SuperKneeS in any other way.

All orders received before 12am will be shipped the same day.
All orders received after 12am will be shipped the next working day.
10 working days should be allowed before contacting us if your order has not arrived.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

If it should happen that; due to the unexpectedly high volumes of sale a product or an variation of it (for example certain colour like Red or Silver) is temporarily unavailable, you will be notified by a reasonably visible sign stating such occurrence, on one of our Site pages including the Sales Page.

CANCELLATION & RETURNS POLICY

All goods come with a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your purchase, simply return it to us within 30 days of placing your order and we will exchange it for an alternative product or refund your money (postage and packing costs are non-refundable).
Our returns conditions are:
a. Goods must be unused.
b. Goods must be in their original condition and packaging.
c. Goods must be received back at our office within 30 days from the day you placed your order.
If we suspect that the goods have been used or any of the above conditions are not met, we reserve the right to return the goods to you without notice.
All packages returned to us unclaimed will be subject to reshipping charges.

All goods are supplied with a 1 year fault warranty (faulty goods can only be returned for exchange, not refund).

Superknees Ltd. credit card handling pages are hosted by Pay Pal, the approved payment processor of our bankers NAT WEST. All communications within the Secure Trading system are strongly encrypted using 2048-bit RSA encryption with variable 168-bit session keys.
This is significantly more secure than standard browser SSL security provided by, for example, Internet Explorer. The high level of encryption used is forecast as not being a requirement until the year 2015.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

We can only except payments at the time of order in the ways provided by our approved payment processors.
All goods supplied by Superknees Ltd. remain the property of the vendor Superknees Ltd. until such time as they are paid for in full.
Goods will not be shipped out until such time as they are paid for in full.
Your credit card will be charged in the name of our holding company, 'Superknees Limited'.

13. You agree that you will bring any claim or cause of action arising out of the use of Services we provide, or this Agreement in the courts located in the county of Essex, United Kingdom, and agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of those courts.
14. You agree that any claim or cause of action arising out of the use of Services we provide or this Agreement must be filed within two weeks after such claim or cause of the action arose or it shell be forever barred, notwithstanding any statute of limitations or other law to the contrary.
